Firefox OS

Are you attending Open Source Bridge this week in Portland, Oregon?

Join Mozilla Reps on Wednesday in the Open Source Bridge Hacker Lounge to learn, hack and celebrate Firefox OS, Mozilla’s open source operating system for the mobile web. If you’re a web developer, you’ll be right at home coding apps in HTML5, JavaScript and CSS for Firefox OS.

We’ll help you with everything else, including how to access mobile Web APIs and how to use the Firefox OS Simulator in your desktop browser to view and test your mobile apps. We’ll also have up-to-date Firefox OS handsets around to check out the OS and test your apps and food to satisfy your hunger.

We hope to see you at the Open Source Bridge Hacker Lounge for all the details check here.

On June 18th, the open source world will converge on The Eliot Center for Open Source Bridge 2013. You can be assured that Mozilla will be there with bells on and in fact several Mozillians will be giving talks on topics like Firefox OS, Bug Management, Product Management, Persona and much more.

So if you’re in the area or have free time you should make your way to Open Source Bridge and listen to the great line up of talks Mozillians will be giving!
